By accessing or using Desigla's services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Design Licensing

When you upload designs to Desigla, you grant us a non-exclusive license to:

• Reproduce your designs on products
• Distribute products through our retail partners
• Create promotional materials featuring your designs
• Generate product mockups

Important: You retain full ownership of your original designs. This is a license, not a transfer of ownership.

3. Designer Responsibilities

As a designer on our platform, you agree to:

• Only upload designs you have the right to use
• Not infringe on any third-party intellectual property rights
• Not upload offensive, illegal, or inappropriate content
• Maintain accurate account information

4. Royalties and Payments

• Royalties are calculated based on product sales at published rates
• Payments are made monthly via PayPal
• Minimum payout threshold is £5
• Unpaid royalties below the threshold roll over to the next month

5. Design Approval

All designs are subject to our approval process. We reserve the right to reject designs that violate our guidelines or intellectual property requirements. Approval typically takes less than 24 hours during the working week.

6. Withdrawal of Designs

You may withdraw your designs from our platform at any time. Once withdrawn, we will cease production and sales of products featuring those designs. You will continue to receive royalties for any sales made prior to withdrawal.

7. Limitation of Liability

Desigla is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of any material changes via email or through our platform.
